HEPA 5000, Portable HEPA After-Filter System

This 5000 CFM true HEPA after-filter system was designed by SAFE Systems to provide you with a unit for use in conjunction with the DC5,000E in tight spaces.   The lightweight unit can easily be positioned in an optimum location with the swivel casters and locked in place with the brakes.  The compact size (with inlet plenum removed) allows it to be pushed through halls and doorways and transported on cargo elevators, reaching positions inside structures that otherwise would require long duct lengths.  One (1) 18" diameter inlet is provided for connecting the unit to the DC-5,000E.

Some on-site assembly will be required if the contractor needs to take the HEPA-5000 and DC5000E combination through standard 3' x 7' doorways.

Notes:
  1. For use only with SAFE Systems DC5000E.
  2. Not intended to be shipped or moved with any dust in the collector.
  3. Not intended to be laid down horizontally for shipment.
  4. A fan discharge transition must be mounted on the top of the DC5000E to use the HEPA5000 with it.  This transition adds 18" in height to the DC5000E.
  5. The fan discharge transition and inlet plenum can be mounted on site to retain the compact dimensions for transport.
