Portable Trailer-mounted Blast and Recovery System Model MST-4-24-3

SAFE Systems, Inc. designs and manufactures trailer-mounted mobile Abrasive Blasting and Recovery Systems. The systems are designed for maximum flexibility while providing the features wanted and needed at a jobsite.

Standard Features:

• Trailer rated for 44,000 pound capacity, designed to accommodate a removable Blast and Recovery System and Vacuum System
  
• Inlet self-cleaning rotary screen separator
  
• Secondary air wash separator
  
• Continuous closed-loop air induction vacuum recovery system
  
• Two (2) vacuum rated (-30" Hg) Dust collectors with a particulate removal efficiency of 99.9% at 0.5 micron
  
• Electric/pneumatic control center, 220V/120V
  
• Fork lift pads and top-mounted maximum load lifting eyes
  
• 4-outlet, 30 cubic feet, 150 psig rated blast vessel
  
• Alternate vacuum connection
  
• Hopper top is sloped for rain water drainage
  
• Trash chutes to 55 gallon drums
  
• Hopper dump valves for quick draining of hopper
  
• Fold-down handrails for shipping
  
• Legal shipping height and width
  
• Four (4) full load jacks
