4500E Electric Powered, Skid Mounted, 4500CFM Dust Collector

This 4500 CFM dust collector was designed by SAFE Systems to provide you maximum flexibility and reliability. Skid mounted, with both fork lift pockets and certified crane lifting eyes, the compact unit can easily be positioned in an optimum location. The extendable legs raise the unit to accommodate a 55 gallon drum or other collection device under the dust hopper and then adjust to allow low profile shipping. One (1) 18” duct connection makes connecting vent hose quick. A large, container-style door makes filter access easy.

Airflow through the dust collector can be regulated with the manually operated inlet damper.  Six (6) MERV 11 rated cartridge filters (MERV 15 rated filters are also available) collect the dust particles and are cleaned by a reverse pulse jet of 90 PSIG compressed air, one row of three (3) filters, at a time.  The dust particles removed from the filters fall into the hopper below that is equipped with a slide gate for quick and easy dumping of the dust into a waste container.

Belts and drives are eliminated by the direct-drive 15 HP motor. The NEMA 4 control box is dust and water tight to protect the electrical controls from contaminants and moisture. The unit comes with 25’ of the properly sized SO cord to allow electrical connection at the job site. One large, easy to open and close "Container Style" door gives quick access to the filters and dust hopper.
