We Work with You

SAFE Systems takes pride in designing systems that optimize your usage of space and dollars. We don't expect you to use a component simply because that's what we like to use. We choose and design the system that will work best specifically to your criteria, taking into consideration:
  • Type of abrasive being used
  • Number of nozzles used at one time
  • Materials and products being blasted
  • How materials will be brought into the room
  • And other key input from the customer

Ventilation equipment and dust collection are often one of the most expensive components of a blast facility. Working with the end user, SAFE Systems is often able to save you money by providing a custom sized facility that fits your particular requirements and, at the same time, reduces the cross sectional area and reduces the size of the required necessary ventilation system.

Similarly, sizing the blast vessel to the usage requirements can produce astonishing labor savings. At SAFE Systems, we design our own blast vessels so we are not restricted to choosing from "standard" vessels. We design what is best for you and design the storage hopper that will complement it so they work together to your advantage.

An "automatic" recovery, classification and refilling system that can keep the operators productively working throughout their shift is a definite advantage.  How much productive time will be lost each time the operator has to stop blasting to manually refill the vessel?  How much will that cost your company in a month, or a year?
