Standard features include:

  1. Inlet self-cleaning rotary screen separator
  2. Secondary air wash separator
  3. Continuous closed-loop air induction vacuum recovery system
  4. Two (2) vacuum rated (-30” Hg) dust collectors with a particulate removal efficiency of 99.9% at 0.5 micron
  5. Electric/pneumatic control center, 220V/120V
  6. Fork lift pads and top-mounted maximum load lifting eyes
  7. 4-outlet, 30 cubic feet, 150 psig rated blast vessel
  8. Alternate vacuum connection
  9. Hopper top is sloped for rain water drainage
  10. Trash chutes to 55 gallon drums
  11. Hopper dump valves for quick draining of hopper
  12. Fold-down handrails for shipping
  13. Legal shipping height and width

Optional features include:

  1. Vacuum rated magnetic separator
  2. Vacuum rated vibrating screen separator
  3. Larger capacity blast vessel
  4. Many hopper sizes available
  5. Screw conveyor for fines removal from Vacuum Dust Collector
  6. Alternate vacuum equipment (Positive Displacement Vacuum and Oil-ring Vacuum)
