A. General Conditions:
- All equipment listed is standard production models.
- All prices are FOB our plant, Kent, WA USA.
- All prices are shown and quoted in U.S. Dollars ($).
- Any special packaging or preparation charges are in addition
to listed retail prices. SAFE Systems, Inc. shall determine the definition of special
packaging.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Minimum approved credit order - $50.00 (any order under
$50.00 requires an additional $5.00 handling fee).
- A minimum $10 (US) paperwork fee will be
assessed on all orders shipped outside the United States.
- When product is shipped collect to a
customer's UPS account and the account is dishonored by UPS, for
whatever reason, a $25 handling fee will be charged.
B. Terms:
- Net thirty (30) days with established account.
- VISA, Mastercard or COD, if no account has
been established.
- To establish an account, a SAFE Systems, Inc. credit
application must be completed and approved. A time period of one (1) to two (2) weeks
after receipt of a completed application shall be allowed for approval.
C. Standard Conditions Of Sale:
- The Company warrants to the original purchaser that the
products manufactured by us are free from defects in material and workmanship when properly
stored, installed, operated, and maintained. Our obligation under this warranty is limited
to repair or replacement, at our option, of defective parts, which in our examination
shall disclose to our satisfaction to be thus defective, and when such parts are returned
to the factory, freight prepaid within one year from the date of installation and start-up
or eighteen months from the date of shipment, whichever occurs first. Notification of the
return on any part must be given and acknowledged by us prior to shipment.
- There will be a 25% restocking fee
charged on all returns. Electrical components will be tested
before acceptance.
- All repairs and replacement parts furnished under this
warranty shall be FOB factory. The buyer shall pay all necessary freight and delivery
charges and also removal and installation costs.
- SAFE Systems, Inc. has a policy of continuous product
research and improvement and reserves the right to change design and specifications
without notice.
- This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other
warranties expressed or implied, including the warranties or merchantability and fitness
for use and of all other obligations or liabilities on our part, and we neither assume,
nor authorize, any other person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with
the sale of our products. This warranty shall not apply to our products or any part
thereof which has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse. We
make no warranty whatsoever in respect to accessories or parts not supplied by us. The
term "Original Purchaser", as used in this warranty, shall be deemed to mean
that person for whom our products are originally installed and made operable. This
warranty shall apply only within the boundaries of the United States and Canada and shall
not attach until the products have been paid for in full and shall terminate at the end of
the warranty period provided for.
